Vision

To develop and maintain a leading World -Class ICT-driven knowledge repository center capable of enhancing the global visibility of the College and ensuring the achievement of the primary objectives of the institution of producing world -class middle -level health professionals.

Mission

Provide quality resources and innovative services to stimulate creativity, intellectual curiosity and to facilitate life long learning and research. Maintain a rich repository of Publication Ordinance (P.O.) materials. Support Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) that is web-based and can be remotely accessed anywhere in the world.

Access to Resources, Services to Users, Lifelong Learning, Intellectual and Academic Freedom, Accountability, Stewardship, and Feedback are the core values of our library. The library adopted these core values to promote a learning center dedicated to ensuring equality of opportunity in accessing knowledge and information.

To educate the library users on the need to value and utilize library resources and services appropriately. Provide the library resources and services in multiple formats to meet the information needs of the users.

Our Opening Hours is as follows; Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

WELCOME ADDRESS

The College Library was established alongside with the College to support teaching, learning and research activities and for community development.
As the hub of academic activities, the College Library has over 15,000 volume of printed materials in stock. The printed materials or information resources include textbooks, journals, conference papers, reference materials and tools, monographs etc.
The College Library, at its peak, can conveniently accommodate about 150 users at once. Other sections within the College Library are Technical Section, Multimedia Section, Reference Section, Circulation Section and the e- library Section.
Accessibility to the online resources in the e- library is both on-line and off-line. The implication of this is that the e- resources in the e- library can be accessed by the users at their conveniences.
As part of the policy to enhance accessibility and patronage of users, the librarians at the College Library do teach the Use of Library and Study Skills (GNS 101) to every new student at the inception and during Students Orientation Programme (SOP).
